Stacking Without Noise

Three rings, two bracelets, one rule. How to layer designer hardware so it reads deliberate.

A stack fails when every piece competes. Pick one dominant item — the widest band, the largest link — and let everything else sit beneath it in scale.

Keep the metal family loose but not random. Two tones look intentional; four look accidental.

One loud piece, two quiet ones. That is the whole formula.

Leave gaps. Bare skin between pieces gives the eye somewhere to rest and makes each item legible.

Test the stack in motion. If it snags, rattles or slides out of order when you move, the arrangement is wrong regardless of how it photographs still.
